The John Amhanesi Foundation operates as a single entity nonprofit organization incorporated under the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. JAF is dedicated to developing young Nigerian leaders through comprehensive programs and strategic partnerships across our Internal Programs Division and External Programs Division.

The foundation is headquartered in Benin City, Nigeria, with program operations extending nationwide. JAF is led by CEO John Amhanesi under the governance of an independent Advisory Board. Our funding comes from individual donations, grants, corporate sponsorships, and program service fees, with current operations primarily supported by a founding investment from John Amhanesi as we build sustainable revenue streams.
