His earlier experience includes engineering roles at Viam and MongoDB, where he contributed to distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and database technologies that serve millions of users globally.
With a strong foundation in system architecture and scalable engineering, Ojima brings both technical depth and a commitment to leveraging technology for social good.
